We work natively in English, Romanian and French. Through the partnership with Teynier Pic, we operate as a single team across Bucharest and Paris on cross-border mandates.

Our history
From the outset, the firm was built around a single conviction: that complex disputes deserve a dedicated practice. Not a department within a generalist firm. Not a side activity. A team that spends every working hour on disputes, in court and in arbitration.
Our law firm was founded on a strong set of professional and human values, on top of which resides the aim to always provide reliable legal advice at an uncompromising quality of our services in order to bring added-value to our clients’ business in new and innovative ways. Our portfolio of clients includes a broad spectrum: natural and legal persons, local, regional and national authorities and institutions.
In 2022, we entered into a strategic partnership with Teynier Pic, extending our practice across the Bucharest–Paris axis and reinforcing our capacity to handle the most demanding cross-border mandates.
How we work
Every file is run by a partner from intake to outcome. There is no second tier of delegation, no remote teams handling the substance of the work.
We are litigators and arbitrators. Our default mode is the contradictory hearing, the written brief, the cross-examination. We do not soften dispute, we resolve them.
Our lawyers spend the time required to understand the commercial, technical and regulatory context of each mandate.

The partnership gives our clients direct access to one of the most established arbitration practices on the Paris market, while preserving the independence and proximity of a Bucharest firm. We work as a single team across the two jurisdictions on cross-border mandates, investment treaty arbitration, and complex commercial disputes involving Romanian and French interests.
